ADSPOC is a digital course delivered entirely online. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to all course materials — including video lessons, downloadable resources, templates, and written guides.

Because digital content is delivered instantly and accessed immediately upon payment, all sales are considered final by default. Unlike physical goods, digital course content cannot be "returned."

We have no way to verify how much content a student has viewed, downloaded, or used after purchase — and for this reason, refunds are not automatically granted under any circumstances.

While we do not offer guaranteed refunds, we understand that exceptional situations can arise. If you believe you have a genuinely valid reason for requesting a refund, you are welcome to contact us and explain your situation.

Filing an unauthorized chargeback without first reaching out to us will be treated as a violation of this policy and will be contested. It may also result in permanent suspension of your access to ADSPOC course materials.

ADSPOC reserves the right to update, revise, or improve course content at any time to reflect changes in the Shopify platform and industry best practices.

Such updates are provided to enrolled students at no additional cost and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
